1. The price reported is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $20.98 to $21.26, inclusive. Mr. Nolen undertakes to provide inTEST Corporation, any security holder of inTEST Corporation, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.
2. This option, representing a right to purchase a total of 14,680 shares, vests in four equal annual installments commencing on April 28, 2023, which was the first anniversary of the date on which the option was granted.
3. This option, representing a right to purchase a total of 10,000 shares, vests in four equal annual installments commencing on April 28, 2022, which was the first anniversary of the date on which the option was granted.
4. This option vests in four equal annual installments commencing on March 8, 2024.
