Annual Meeting Materials

The inTEST’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be conducted virtually via live webcast.

The Annual Meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time, on Thursday June 20, 2024.

Stockholders who wish to participate can visit www.meetnow.global/M65A9VM and enter the 15-digit control number found on their proxy card that accompanied their proxy materials mailed to them.

Guests will be able to access the Annual Meeting without a control number, but will not be able to vote or ask questions.
