Annual Meeting Materials

The 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of InTest Corporation will be held virtually via live webcast on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time.

Stockholders who wish to participate can visit www.proxydocs.com/INTT and enter the 12-digit control number found on their proxy card that accompanied their proxy materials mailed to them.

Guests will be able to access the Annual Meeting without a control number, but will not be able to vote or ask questions.
